2. Delivery Times

- United Kingdom — 48 to 72 hours from order confirmation
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or high order volume. We will notify you via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched and provide tracking information where available.
3. Packaging
All compounds are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. Peptide pens are shipped in insulated packaging to maintain the cold-chain integrity required for product stability. Please store your pen as directed upon receipt.
4. Order Confirmation
Orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp. Your order is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation message from our clinical team. Payment is processed directly and securely upon confirmation.
5. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical-grade biological compounds and strict cold-chain requirements, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products.
In the event of:
- Damaged or defective product on arrival — contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
- Incorrect product dispatched — contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange the correct product and collect the incorrect shipment.
- Lost in transit — if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
6. Order Cancellations
